AtlasCast forecasts refresh four times a day, at 03:00, 09:00, 15:00 and 21:00 UTC (10 PM, 4 AM, 10 AM and 4 PM Central). Each refresh replaces the last one, so pull again after a refresh to see current risk. TrueFixR damage data updates every 15 minutes as storm reports come in.
AtlasCast addresses are properties inside an area at forecast risk in the next 24 hours to 16 days. Use them to prepare, notify customers or price risk before a storm. TrueFixR addresses are properties near reported storm damage, for follow-up after an event. Both are risk and reported data, not a guarantee that any one property was or will be damaged.
Usage-based, on the same per-call model: pay for the API calls or county, state and national exports you use, with no seat fees. Rates are not published yet. Tell us the counties or states you need and we will quote in two business days.
Yes. AtlasCast forecasts, county grades, exposure roll-ups and TrueFixR damage leads are separate from the 54-peril grades and can be bought on their own, or bundled.
No. Atlas charges per scored address. You pay for usage; everyone on your team can have a key at no additional cost.
One unique parcel-ID + model-version combination per 24 hours. Re-scoring the same parcel within the day is free; re-scoring against a new model version is a new call.
Yes. Peril-grade and federal contracts support 1-, 2-, and 3-year fixed-rate commitments with annual true-ups. Pricing only goes down at renewal.
30 days, up to 25,000 scored addresses, full API access. No credit card required. Sample data on your book if you provide a CSV.
Incumbent property-risk pricing is generally not publicly disclosed and is negotiated under NDA. Atlas keeps pricing simple because procurement should not be a treasure hunt. Send a copy of your current vendor's quote and we'll do an apples-to-apples comparison on the same workload.
