What the storm data does not claim.
Could happen, not will
Forecasts describe what could happen, not what will happen. They are not a prediction of damage to any structure.
A record, not a damage assessment
History and the recent-storm lists are a record of reported and radar-detected events. They do not confirm a claim, a loss or damage to a structure.
Area signal, not rooftop certainty
Nearby addresses can share a signal. The county grade is a whole-county label, not a property score.
V · Address Risk Profile
More on each address.
Licensed partners can add an Address Risk Profile to the addresses they pull: long-term peril grades and storm-loss history, on the same API and key.
