Built to see
what is coming.
Atlas United builds AtlasCast.
I · Who we are
A forecast that names the address.
Atlas United builds AtlasCast, which matches storm forecasts to U.S. addresses. It covers ten storm types, looks from 24 hours to 10 days ahead, and refreshes four times a day. We build for those who carry weather risk: insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, emergency managers, utilities and researchers.
II · How we work
Three things we hold to.
III · Independence
Our own research.
Atlas United's grades come from its own research peril model. We are not affiliated with NOAA or the National Weather Service. Atlas United is operated by TrueFixR LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
IV · Overview
Peril risk, made portable. Underwriting, made defensible.
Atlas United sells storm data matched to street addresses. It publishes two storm data sets: AtlasCast, an address-level forecast across the United States for ten storm types, looking 24 hours to 10 days ahead and refreshed four times a day; and the storm record by address, back to 2003.
V · Why this exists
A different premise for peril risk.
For thirty years, the way insurance prices peril risk has come from a small handful of vendors selling proprietary catastrophe models that nobody outside the vendor can fully see inside. Regulators got vendor whitepapers and trade-secret disclaimers. Underwriters got a number and were expected to trust it.
Atlas United was built on a simple premise: the people who carry weather risk should be able to see which addresses a storm is heading toward, early enough to act. AtlasCast covers ten storm types, from 24 hours to ten days ahead, and the storm record shows what was reported near each address since 2003. A single API call returns the addresses, their risk labels and the timing, with a free price quote first: the count and the price.
We are pre-revenue on the enterprise side, with a live production stack. Live demos cover the AtlasCast map and the API.
VI · Operating principles
Six things we don't compromise on.
01
Methodology over marketing.
AtlasCast matches storm forecasts to addresses. It does not forecast the weather itself, and it says what could happen, not what will.
02
Per-call, never per-seat.
Pricing should track value delivered, not the ability of procurement to extract rent. We will never charge for adding a teammate to a project.
03
Transparent peril modeling.
No black-box blending, no proprietary aggregator math. Each county gets an A to F grade, and each listed address carries its own risk label.
04
Document the failure modes.
Every model has uncertainty. We share ours in private briefings: geographic blind spots and known gaps (e.g. hurricane coverage partial), so customers can scope our data to their risk appetite.
05
The price before you pay.
Every paid call quotes the record count and the exact price first.
06
Boring infrastructure, ambitious science.
The API should be the least surprising part of the day. The model behind it should be worth the scrutiny.

Two co-founders. One product.
Atlas United was founded by Valentin Yslas, who built the forecast pipeline, the address data, the API and the live map, and Kyle Miller, who leads go-to-market and partnerships and helped build the API, the AI-agent connector and pay-per-call payments.
